Few years ago, when I was still young and free (by this, does not mean that I am old and boring, heh!), I developed interest in Photography. This, I believe was contributed due to the undergrad programme that I enrolled which involved me in being creative. One of the way in developing one's creative senses is by capturing as much photos as one can. By this, does not mean that one has to capture their own syok sendiri photo. Itu sudah semestinya bukan creative. It helps in remembering things that you see and develop it into a creative output. It can be in a form of painting, computer designing, animation and whatnot, you get the idea. From this exercise, I developed interest in Photography.

But of course, since I was still studying, my money was definitely coming from the parents. Hence, I don't really have the guts to ask them to buy me a DSLR. Dengan cerita yang penuh kesedihan, I actually bought my first ever compact camera with my own kumpul-duit money. Over the years, I started to develop photography skills and memandangkan Izwan (boyfriend then) decided to get himself a new DSLR, it was an opportunity for me to enhance my interest-cum-hobby. We started to go to some interesting places around KL to take photos.

Over the years, the interest suddenly fade away. It could be the reason of maturity (eh chewah!) or maybe I was so much into getting married and building a family of my own, I have stop pursuing my so-called hobby.

Pendek cerita sebab lunch hour dah nak habis. I googled my name (who doesn't right?) and I came across a link to my flickr account which I have totally forgotten about sampai nak login pun dah tak ingat password.

These are some of the photos that I have in my flickr account. Tak ingat password, I can only print-screened it. Kesian betol.

Maybe I should restart my hobby again with a new camera perhaps?

Labour Day

Had an ohh-so-some stay at The Legend Water Chalets, thanks to the girls for the wedding gift. I got all the rest that I needed. Though the journey from KL to Port Dickson took us nearly 2 and a half hours due to the heavy traffic at PLUS Highway yesterday but we managed to reach the place safe and sound. We arrived just at the right time for late lunch cum early dinner. We were starving to death I must say. But it was all good.

Good news for us, we were upgraded to Premium Chalet for an unknown reason. I dare not ask why, I took the room card and headed straight to our chalet. It was pack with families, group of friends and even couples staying at the beautiful-well-maintained chalets. There were guards everywhere, making rounds almost every hour to check on the chalets. Safety is all been taken care off. Thumbs up!

We had fun. Mestilah, free stay kan?! Will definitely be here again, with the girls perhaps?!

Cerita hunjung minggu

If you know my husband, you'll definitely know the size of his tummy. It's so obvious one could notice its' "visibility" even when one is kilometers away. No, I'm no kidding. It's something that he's proud off. He is one fella who is proud of his growing tummy. My husband is crazy that way.

He called me last Wednesday saying that he bought us bicycles. One for him and the other one is for me. I thought he was joking but when I arrived home from work, 2 bicycles were parked nicely in the kitchen. He was inspired by my father who owned a bicycle himself. Oh, my father cycled every morning. Izwan cycled every morning since then.

So yesterday we went cycling together.

We cycled the whole area of Taman Melawati to and fro. We conquered Melawati yo!

BUT!!!!!

Something bad happened this morning. Our bicycles, the 3 of us were stolen by an irresponsible buggers! Dad was furious beyond words as his favourite bicycle got stolen. He was about to get himself ready for a ride this morning when he saw our house gate was left unclosed. He remembered checking on the bicycles before performing subuh but half and hour later, the bicycles were gone. I'm sad obviously as I only got the chance to ride my bicycle once and Izwan well, he spent quite a sum of money on the bicycles. I feel sorry for him. I know he is sad too. Takde rezeki orang cakap. The bicycles which is only 4 days old were stolen by the damn buggers. I pray that those buggers will be hit by a super huge lori sampah at MRR2. Amin

I'm sad.

The last photo taken before the incident happened. Though he never expresses his sadness but I know he's sad especially when it involves something very valuable, something that you purchased with your own hard earning. The only thing that he's very into, very determined in doing was taken away only 4 days after purchasing. Takde rezeki. Ada hikmahnya kan?! But I'm still sad though on behalf of my husband. Hmm....

I'm kodi this way.

As much as I hate my wedding preparation, I still want to marry that guy in the picture. Kalau boleh, secepat yang mungkin *teeheeee*

Friends and family have been asking me why him, why Izwan? How do I know that he's the one, the one that I want to spend the rest of my life with? All sorts of questions. My answer usually goes "I don't know" but with a smile on my face. Frankly, I seriously don't know why I choose him.

He's the first to be called as my boyfriend. I've never had one before him. Not even during schooling years. Teman tapi mesra tuh berlambak lah but I've never got myself involved with relationship. For the record, I'm not the type of person who beliefs in love. Not till I met him five and a half years ago (six years in March). I know that sounds pretty weird. I've always had this kind of attitude who believe that woman can live independently without a man by their side and that we can live without love and boys, they suck big time. When ever there's someone trying their luck to approach me, I'll make sure with all the powers in hand to make the guy's life miserable. I just don't have the heart for relationship. Technically, I don't have anyone to compare with to ensure whether I'm picking the right one.

So why Izwan? Seriously, I don't know.

He's not the type of guy who give flowers or chocolates to their girlfriend or any of that matter. He's not a romantic type of person. He can't even remembers my birthday or any important dates relating to us inikan pula nak kasi bunga. But once he did, you'll be melting like an ice-cream on a sunny day because it is so spontaneous of him to give it out of the blue unexpectedly. And when it happens, I'm sure gonna go ohh la la for at least a week or two and the feeling is indescribable although it is just a small box of chocolate.

He's the only one who has the balls to break my heart into million of pieces and fix them back into a beautiful one. He's also the one who make me cry myself to sleep and shed the tears to make sure that everything will be fine again. He make my life like a living hell and turn them into a beautiful, beautiful garden that is filled with love and care. He can be a pain in the ass sometimes but also a super, super generous on the other. In term of understanding, well, that's so not his specialty coz I'm not too. We often have communication breakdown especially when it comes to making decisions. Sungguhlah tiada kesepakatan but we managed to overcome the situation by just being ourselves.

But most importantly, he has been the one who has successfully managed to control the psychotic part of me with patience and care. I scream and shout at him most of the time. There was a part where I constantly throw things at him whenever I'm on anger but he dealt with it patiently.

The one thing that I'm sure of to marry him is because the thing he did a year ago that makes me realize that life isn't just revolves around me, that there's also a soul that I should take into consideration, that people actually do have feelings. Well thanks to that incident, I am now marrying you my psycho partner.

And if you ask me again why I'm marrying Izwan, my answer will still be I don't know but with a smile on my face.

He's not perfect but with those imperfection is the reason why I'm still stuck with him for nearly six years now.

46 days seem like 46 years.
